From the time that Eric picked me up at the airport and immediately put me at ease by addressing me by name,to meeting Jayeson (- what a wonderful person and asset to the corporation). I will admit that I had a certain amount of trepidation at having, not one – but two procedures, in a foreign country. It has often been said that if something sounds too good to be true ……..then, it is. However, everything was much BETTER than I ever anticipated. Jayeson is a master of efficiency, and has the most innate manner of allaying anxiety.From the moment my labs were drawn, until I met Dr Gomez and Dr Nava, I realized that I had make the perfect decision.Galenia Hospital is beautiful! I felt like a VIP with the service, care, and attention I received.
As a former hospital director of rehabilitation services, I well aware of the minimum standards of acceptable nursing care. My meals were delicious and appropriate for a post operative patient. My care was exculpatory! The nurses were excellent ! All my needs were immediately addressed and post- operatively I felt only minimal discomfort, I never actually felt pain. Three days post op I walked 2 flights of stairs to the lobby from Dr Gomez’s office and on the fourth and firth post operative days I walked 2 miles to the villa from Starbucks. Friday I returned home.
In summarizing,I feel that I made some wonderful friends. Both Erick and Jayeson were more than accommodating and always available to chauffeur us to appointments or to go wherever, we wanted.

I wanted to let you know that I have been extremely pleased with the cosmetic procedures that you have performed on me, breast reduction/reconstruction, liposuction on my back, hips,upper arms,lower and upper abdomens. At my first check up with you after my cosmetic procedure, I immediately noticed that my upper abdomens were noticeable smaller, and although my breast had sutures and surgical tape, my breast were a size that I liked and were perky. The rest of the lipo suctioned areas were swollen and numb.
Today is the 11Th day post op, and the swelling continues to go down and more and more I can see the areas that you lipo-suctioned getting smaller, which I love. My back appears smaller and more narrow and my upper arms have no bruising or swelling that I can notice. My hips, upper and lower abdomens are still swollen and numb but swelling has gone done and I’m not as stiff as I was before. There is a lot of sensation that I am beginning to feel in my back, stomach region and hips. Although, I know my back is somewhat still swollen some, the discomfort has been minimizing gradually. The lower back region is still swollen and numb. This seems to be the area that has the most swelling and numbness, but minimal bruising.
I am massaging the stomach area with the Natural Green Locion, that I purchased from your clinic and continual massaging my hips and lower back to aid in the healing process. I am not taking any pain medication or aspirin and I am getting stronger and more mobile everyday. I am looking to get my sutures removed from my breast this week.
Dr. Garcia I could not be happier with your cosmetic surgical performance and technique. I look foreword to totally healing and the swelling to have gone to see the entire results of my new body. It is with this in consideration, that I sincerely, “Thank You” and want you to know that you have a totally happy and satisfied patient. I also wanted you to know that the care that I received at Lana Humphries residential recuperation home was also above my expectations. She and her assistant Shari were gentle in approach, consistently checking on us patients, making sure we had plenty of fluids and were eating. I was mildly nausea four about 4 days and was not interested in eating, however they encouraged me to drink the protein drinks and plenty of water. The care was given in a warm home setting that one felt comfortable and the freedom to move about. Lana is totally hands on and I want you to know that I would recommend her after care surgery facility to any “Americanos”, that come to you for your surgical expertise. They will feel comfortable recuperating at a home with television, telephone, computer access, food being cooked for them and the freedom to go into the refrigerator, they wash our clothing. Everything is provided for you and you feel as though you don’t have to worry about anything because everything is being provided for you.
